These Terms of Service apply to purchases from and engagements with Go Current Media. By purchasing a service, submitting an application, or approving an engagement, you agree to these terms.
Services
Go Current Media provides marketing strategy, content planning, on-location production, editing, photography and graphics, captions, publishing calendars, performance reviews, and related professional services. The exact scope, deliverables, schedule, and payment terms are described on the applicable service page and may be confirmed in writing before production begins.
Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to purchase services for the business named in the order. You are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, business, and scheduling information.
Payments
The 30-Day Local Growth Sprint has a $1,250 founding-client price. A customer may pay in full or begin with a $250 deposit. The deposit and refund terms are explained in our Return and Refund Policy. There is no automatic renewal or subscription. Any ongoing service requires a separate written agreement or approved purchase.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access to the location, people, products, brand materials, accounts, information, and approvals reasonably needed to complete the work. You are responsible for confirming that you have permission to film or photograph participating people, locations, products, trademarks, and materials that you ask us to use.
Scheduling and delays
Delivery dates depend on timely participation, access, approvals, and payment. Delays caused by missing information, unavailable participants, weather, location restrictions, or delayed approvals may move the production or delivery schedule. We will communicate material schedule changes as soon as reasonably possible.
Content approvals and lawful use
You are responsible for reviewing final factual claims, prices, promotions, disclosures, and industry-specific compliance requirements before publication. You agree not to ask Go Current Media to create or publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or misleading content.
Ownership and portfolio use
After full payment, you receive a perpetual, nonexclusive right to use the final approved deliverables for your own business marketing. Go Current Media retains ownership of its preexisting processes, templates, systems, working files, and know-how. Go Current Media will use client work, business results, or testimonials in a public case study only with the client's approval.
Third-party platforms
Results and availability on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google, Shopify, and other third-party services are outside our control. Platform outages, policy changes, account restrictions, algorithm changes, and third-party fees are not guaranteed or controlled by Go Current Media.
No performance guarantee
Marketing performance depends on many factors outside our control, including the client's offer, pricing, customer experience, market, competition, seasonality, advertising budget, and platform behavior. We do not guarantee sales, revenue, leads, views, followers, reach, rankings, or viral results. We do guarantee completion of the agreed deliverables under the Finish-What-We-Promised Guarantee.
Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Go Current Media is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of the services or third-party platforms. Go Current Media's total responsibility for a claim relating to a purchased service will not exceed the amount paid for that service, except where applicable law does not permit such a limitation.
Ending an engagement
Either side may end the engagement before production begins, subject to the Return and Refund Policy. Go Current Media may pause or end work for nonpayment, unlawful requests, unsafe conditions, harassment, material misrepresentation, or repeated failure to provide necessary access or approvals.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted when an order is placed applies to that purchase unless both sides agree otherwise in writing.
